As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous going into this process. I had already had a less than satisfactory experience with another lender and wasn’t feeling hopeful. Then, I reached out to Eric and the team through my realtor. From then on I felt supported, respected, and valued by their team. They answered all of my silly questions and helped me feel independent in the process. They even made a very last minute closing happen for me when we thought it wouldn’t work out.
