AT FIRST THE TRANSPARENCY WASNT THERE. I REALIZE, MANY MORTGAGE LOANS GO THROUGH. THE BORROWER, HOWEVER, USUALLY KNOWS NOTHING REGARDING PROCURING A MORTGAGE. I BELIEVE THE REALTOR HAD A LOT TO DO WITH THE NON-TRANSPARENCY. I JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I WAS ESIGNING, SINCE IT HAS BEEN 40 YEARS SINCE I PURCHASED A HOUSE. AFTER LETTING AMANDA KNOW THIS, SHE WAS WONDERFUL AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE HER AS MY LOAN OFFICER AGAIN. SHE WAS VERY TRANSPARENT AND PATIENT. GREAT JOB AMANDA!!!!! I ALSO HAVE TO SAY THE MANAGER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE!!
